The Jup DevRel Working Group (DRWG) aims to support and grow the developer community in the Jupiverse. DRWG mission is to bridge the gap between the Jupiter Team and the DAO's technical community, providing guidance, support, and resources to developers.
DRWG Problem Statement:
The Jupiter Team's focus on product development has left little time for engaging with the technical community. This has resulted in outdated documentation, inadequate support, and a lack of guidance for developers.
DRWG Solution and Deliverables:
1. Supporting the Jupiter Team: Developer support, documentation support, and DevRel code repository withexamples/SDKs.
2. Supporting the DAO: Providing a first point of contact for technical community members and projects, and maintaining public existing code repositories/libraries.
3. Public Face of the Jupiter DevRel WG: Launching an X Account, creating X-Spaces, and launching the "Jupiter DevRel Educational Series".
DRWG Key Achievements:
1. Developer Support Channel: Taken over the developer support channel, providing technical answers and solutions to the community.
2. Documentation Support: Identified missing/incomplete topics in API usage, communicated with the Jupiter Team, and fixed problems.
3. DevRel Code Repository: Created a GitHub organization with Typescript and Python examples on how to use existing Jupiter APIs.
DRWG Future Plans:
1. Expand Examples to Rust and GoLang: Provide more examples and support for different programming languages.
2. AI Agent for Developer Support Channel: Implement an AI agent to provide automated support and answers to common questions.
3. Live Coding Sessions: Host live coding sessions to showcase Jupiter products and provide hands-on experience for developers.
